This one is a must read! Having stayed in the UK for about 40 years where he ran a pub, Abdullah Hussain abdullau to Pakistan a few years ago. He left a generation weary of being deprived of him. Takes you back to time and makes you wanna live those times.

There is something I would surely say that the pre partition era and all scenarios portrayed bitterly but in such a beautiful sense, the character of naeem and other characters psyche are awesomely displayed.

From the first till last page there is a peculiar kind of despair surrounding nasoain the characters and the story itself. A vivid depiction of the widespread disillusionment and seismic upheavals.
